Customer Care Executive (BPO work including phone communication)

Location: Indore (M.P.)

Hours: Evening and Night shift (3:00 p.m. – 11 p.m or 11 p.m to 7 a.m) Monday – Friday

Experience: 1 to 3 year(s) of customer service experience.

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: Rs. 1,08,000 to Rs. 1,68,000 p.a (commensurate with knowledge and experience)

This is a non-technical position. There is no programming or development work involved. Good written and spoken communication is preferred.
This is NOT a work from home position. This job location is our office in Lokmanya Nagar, Indore. We will provide training and guidance on how to do your job successfully.

• Communicate with customers in English via emails and phone calls.
• Good written and spoken communication is needed to correctly conduct the job.
• Discuss our product, services, training and other offerings with customers.
• Ability to efficiently engage with customers and update the databases accordingly.
• Well organized and high degree work ethics.
• Communicate via emails, Excel and Word documents. Proper phone communication is also expected.

Education: Degree such as BCA, B.Sc, B.Com is preferred but not required. Current students will also be considered.

Key Skills: Knowledgeable about how to use Chrome or Firefox, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel is required
